It's beach time! Our condo is located on the first floor of Phoenix East near the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, exercise room and steps away from outdoor pool. Pretty blue walls greet you and the special touches throughout remind you of the locale. The unit is beautifully decorated and has 12-foot ceilings. Just outside off of the patio are grills and a wonderful play area. In the master bedroom a pretty King-size bed with pickled wood goes with the marble topped nightstands and dresser. Short Term Guest If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, you may request a refund of all payments made for rent and fees with the exception of the non-refundable payment made at booking ($199, reduced to $125 for reservations that do not include any dates in the following range: March 21 - April 14 and May 21 - August 10.).
