Welcome to our home! It is a custom two-bedroom, two bathroom condominium with loads of extras, such as Granite countertops, upgraded appliances, custom tile floors, brushed nickel fixtures, custom walk-in tile showers, open vanities, custom closets, full mirror walls in the dining room and living area and large flat-screen televisions in every room including the master bath. Short Term Guest If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, you may request a refund of all payments made for rent and fees with the exception of the non-refundable payment made at booking ($199, reduced to $125 for reservations that do not include any dates in the following range: March 21 - April 14 and May 21 - August 10.).
