This condo is Pet Friendly!! Dogs only! If you are bringing your furry friend there is an additional $100 pet fee to us and $150 per pet to the front desk along with a $100 per pet dog lead fee that is refundable when returned at check out. Please let us know prior to booking if you will be bringing your dog. Please note some breeds of canine are not permitted by the complex' HOA. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please call our office to cancel a reservation for any reason. We require a thirty (30) day notice prior to arrival date for any cancelation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
