We have just replaced the living room furniture. There is a new 85" Smart TV, as well as new Lazy Boy swivel rocker chairs and a couch. We also added a 65" Smart TV to the Master Bedroom, as well as 55" Smart TV's to each bedroom. There are new mattresses in all of the bedrooms and new bar stools in the kitchen area. Two coffeemakers; one Keurig and one standard coffeemaker. There are new cabinets and granite countertops throughout the unit including the kitchen, wet bar and all four bathrooms as well as new tiled showers in the master and hall...

Short Term Guest If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, you may request a refund of all payments made for rent and fees with the exception of the non-refundable payment made at booking ($199, reduced to $125 for reservations that do not include any dates in the following range: March 21 - April 14 and May 21 - August 10.).
