Scraping all of the popcorn off the ceilings, repainting the entire unit from top to bottom and installing new window treatments updated the unit tremendously! Short Term Guest If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, you may request a refund of all payments made for rent and fees with the exception of the non-refundable payment made at booking ($199, reduced to $125 for reservations that do not include any dates in the following range: March 21 - April 14 and May 21 - August 10.).
