Free DOT Shuttle – Just a Few Blocks From the Property

You can take the free DOT Express Shuttle just a couple of blocks from the house at the intersection of E Duffy St & Bull St. This stop is very close to the property and makes it easy to get around the Historic District without needing a car.

The DOT Shuttle runs through the entire Historic District and stops at 20 key points, including major attractions such as River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, museums, squares, and many popular restaurants and shops.

It’s a convenient and completely free way to explore downtown Savannah.

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Local guests must identify themselves to the host prior to booking. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund (strictly enforced).
Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms

Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk. Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes. Please do not enter if temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub.
Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee.
We only provide one set of towels per person.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
