At Polo Towers, you are located in the center of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Designed to provide you comfort without sacrificing convenience, Polo Towers offers a retreat away from the energy of Sin City. 

 *Please note -Annual maintenance will be done on the pool from February 16th to March 6th. The pool and pool deck will be closed during that time.*

Discover comfort in accommodations featuring a private balcony, queen size wall bed and bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of the partial kitchen equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Additional in-room amenities include a flat-screen television, DVD player, internet, in-room safe, iron/ironing board and air conditioning. *300 sq. ft.*

Guests will have access to the business center, BBQ area, fitness center (age restrictions apply), gift shop, massage & spa and the rooftop pool and hot tub.

The Las Vegas Strip is probably the world's best-known boulevard stretch, so do prepare yourself for an intense few hours among casinos, restaurants, stores, top-notch hotels, and many other establishments. When having been here during the day, come back at night to rediscover the Strip, and for getting both dizzy and amazed in this sea of shimmering neon lights.

The Neon Museum is dedicated to preserving signs from old casinos and other Las Vegas businesses. Discarded by their former owners and lovingly preserved by collectors, the signs are displayed outdoors. You can explore the museum on your own during the day or take an excellent guided tour closer to sunset, when some of the signs at the Neon Boneyard light up.

The Grand Canyon is one of America’s most majestic natural wonders, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. The Grand Canyon itself is 18 miles (29 km) wide, and a mile (1,6 km) deep. It is possible to hike 9 miles (14,5 km) down the Bright Angel Trail to the very bottom, and this quite tough walk is most certainly worth it!

The Fremont Street Experience is a highly successful attempt to draw the millions of visitors back to the downtown area. The domed-canopy 90 feet (27,5 meters) above the street was constructed along five city blocks, lined with some of the oldest casinos in Las Vegas. Every evening from sundown to midnight, the canopy becomes a giant screen showing high resolution images accompanied by concert-quality sound. At the top of each hour, visitors pour into the streets, looking skyward in anticipation of one of the six different shows lasting six to nine minutes.

You will need a vehicle if you plan to visit the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Conservations area or any other national park recreation area. You will not need a vehicle for walking the Las Vegas Strip, there is public transportation along the strip in wither buses or a monorail system. See resort staff for more details on schedule and costs.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ -  Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

*Please be aware that there is ongoing construction at the Hawaiian Market Place located near this property. It is possible that you may hear sounds from the construction work being completed.  Access to the property and traffic flow may be impacted.  Also note, this is not something directly affiliated with our resort. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability. *300 sq. ft.*

Location was great. The check in process was easy and smooth going. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Close to the strip and most importantly if on a budget - very very quick walk to Target which has almost everything you could need at normal prices. I’d definitely stay here again! Had a fridge which apparently many places charge $50/day for. Also had a coffee maker and coffee, real utensils etc

This is a cozy studio located right off the strip among Bellagio, MGM Grand, & Planet Hollywood. It was clean and felt like a hotel. We stored our perishables in the mini fridge & appreciated the utensils & plates. Everything was super clean. The view was the best part! It looked onto the strip with the glittery lights of the city. The only reason we gave 4 stars is because we had booked this place with the intension of hanging out in the hot tub/pool the entire weekend, but it was closed for maintenance for 1 month. The Airbnb host tried to assist by giving us credit for an Uber to visit a sister location at Cancun resort that had working hot tubs and pools.  I hope the construction ends soon because it was a little sketch. I would stay here again.

Great location! It was right on the Las Vegas strip. Suite spaces was very responsive and had great communication skills. Overall our stay was a 10/10!!! Would definitely stay here again.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
&nbsp;
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
&nbsp;
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
