Guests consistently rave about the beautiful pool area, cozy accommodations, and the property's immaculate cleanliness, all enhanced by the excellent hospitality of the host, Flor. With a peaceful neighborhood and abundant entertainment options, this property offers the perfect relaxing getaway that keeps guests coming back for more.

The house was clean, the right size for us, and had what we needed, but the backyard was the best!  It's beautiful!

We were presently surprised by this wonderful house for our trip to Cedar Park.  The beautiful landscaping, the great lawn, blooming Mimosa Trees and bushes both in front and around the gorgeous pool area. It is meticulously furnished and has all the amenities, many that we were surprised to see, find and use.  Loved the included multiple scented candles. Our teenage granddaughters loved it so much that they decided to stay with us rather than with their parents.  The game area with the pool/ping pong/dining table was a hit along with the furnished games. The bedding was very comfortable.  Both the bath and pool towels were full and soft.Great pool area with both a kiddy and nice deep regular pool. Good Adirondak (with pillows) and lounge chairs.  Suggest bringing your own air pump to inflate the provided beach balls, and large floats.  The entire back yard is fenced in so your dog can roam freely.  Has some shade over the seating area around the pool, which was appreciated in the afternoon under the Texas sun, but still has area for suntanning until early evening.The two-car garage was great to have, especially when the severe weather arrived, this saved damage to our SUV from the hail and kept it out of the daily heat from the Texas sun.A large outdoor grill provided so bring your charcoal and pellets.Highly recommend booking this house for extended visits and/or a family gathering in the Cedar Park area.We plan to return many times in the future.

Really enjoyed the location for what we had planned around Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown.  The inside was very clean and comfortable and the backyard pool was relazing and enjoyable!

We had a very nice stay at Flor's. The pool surrounded by flowers is amazing and so peaceful. Neighborhood is very quiet yet accessible and few minutes away from all amenities! 
We recommend !

Overall our stay was nice. Flor communicated well however we were surprised by the pool guy who just walked in the backyard with no notice which threw us off a little and another by the lawn mower guy. We were not made aware of their schedule prior. The master bedroom was quite warm while the rest of the house was cool. Made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. However, the house was clean.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 

No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
