Great location - easy to get to great Richmond locations (eg, Carytown, the Fan, VMFA), restaurants etc, close by. House was comfortable and very well kept. Very dog friendly with a nice fenced yard. James was an exceptional host, a very good, helpful, and clear communicator. A very nice place to stay.
