I wanted to like this house and give a positive review. After reading previous reviews we were prepared for the noise and no air conditioning. That wasn’t an issue, but we didn’t have hot water all of Saturday and Sunday before we checked out. We weren’t able to shower after the beach and before dinner Saturday. Great house to rent, some of the amenities are a bit outdated (dining room table and chairs) and you can definitely hear cars from PCH (as listing says) .. but we would probably stay here again. Waiting around til 3 or 4PM to check in is annoying when the house is available. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Thank you!
