The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony, which is accessible from the living room. the master has a king bed, the guest room has a queen and twin and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We were placed here after our original place to stay was ruined by the storms. Plenty of room and very stylish. Right on the beach. Walk to almost every thing. 

The ongoing renovation of the building was extremely disruptive. The drilling noise was sometimes unbearable. This unit shouldn’t have been rented given that the construction work was going on just above it. 

Overall a great location. Beach, pool and IRB area were great. Condo is a bit tired with lots of “original equipment”. Parking was tough since owner used the condo spot for 507 and there was a lot of construction help in other spots. But we’ll be back next year.

The condo at Reflecions was nice and has a great view of the beach and was only a short drive to many restuarants.  We were disapponted that the storm "blinds" were down in the master bedroom and it was very dark.  Also, when we walked in the door the condo smelt like it was just cleaned, but we quickly  discovered several clumps of hair on the floor and dust/lint in the cabinets.  Several dishes and pieces of siverware that were put away needed to be washed before we could use them.  We are pretty easy to satisfy and get along with so we cleaned the floor, dusted, and filled the dishwasher and all was good after that.

Very nice location. Great views of beach and sunsets. Pool and hot tub complex very nice.  Our unit 507 required some maintenance issues to be dealt with upon arrival. Should have been fixed before we arrived. The unit was not super clean. Bathtooms were lightly cleaned. Hairs visible. Kitchen small appliances not clean. Silverware and utensils a mixed bag. Dinner plates very worn. No griddle. Old fring pans should be thrown out. Bakeware in cabinets had grease on them. Need to address cleaning service. Master bedroom bed was worn. Should be replaced. A Dead Sea creature was in the guest room closet and left an awful smell. We had to clean out the closet and clean with bleach. Hard to believe it was not discovered. Otherwise we had a lovely two weeks at the beach.

“OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”: Upon your arrival, if you are not completely satisfied with your accommodation and we are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will refund all your money.

* PAYMENT - All payments are to be made in US funds via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. A $200 deposit is due when you make your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on a reservation less than 28 days and 60 days prior to arrival on a reservation of 28 days or longer.  Personal checks are accepted, via regular mail, if received no later than the above required payment dates. Unless instructed otherwise, the same credit card used for your initial deposit will be charged for the final payment on its due date. Rentals with payments not paid as due are subject to cancellation.

CHECK-IN - 3:00 pm EST or later. Please check in at our office 19713 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, Florida, and not at the property. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm or on a Sunday, please call for instructions. No personal checks will be accepted at check in and no keys will be provided for any reservations not paid in full.

CHECK-OUT - Check out time is 10:00 am EST. Please return keys to our office.

CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.

UNAVAILABILITY - In the event a property originally booked becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable property. In such event, you will be notified and have the choice of accepting the replacement Property or canceling with no penalty.

OCCUPANCY - The number of guests stated on the reservation is the maximum number, including all children and infants, who may occupy this property. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT – In lieu of a damage deposit, we have added damage waiver coverage ($45.00 non-refundable) which will insure you up to $1500 for accidental damage to the property and its contents during your stay.

KEYS – We are not responsible for theft or lockouts. Please do not leave personal valuables unattended in the property. There is a charge of $60.00 for a lockout, payable to the person who arrives to provide you access to your unit. Lost keys or keys not returned to our office, will result in a charge of $10.00, or $45.00 if a special security door key is involved, to your credit card. 

SMOKING & PETS - Please be considerate... “NO SMOKING” and “NO PETS” are allowed in any of our properties.
