With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to nearby beaches and amenities, this beautifully appointed condo offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat for guests. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with attentive service from the management team, ensures a comfortable and memorable stay for all who visit.

The condo itself is wonderful.  The property is a mess.  While the side we stayed on is no longer under construction the other half of the property is still under major construction.  This made the pool unusable and it is nearly impossible to get to the beach without going out to the street and around the block.  The construction is suppose to be done soon though, and it looks like they are making major improvments to the landscaping and outside of the units.  The big problem we had with it was that no one at the rental agency told us that there is major construction going on.  I spoke with them when I made the reservation, twice before we arrived, and upon check in and never once was it mentioned the state of the property.I would say that once the construction is complete this is a delightful unit within a great property.

The condo was wonderful!  The view and private patio made the entire experience so well worth it.  We were there over the 4th of July so it was a busy time, yet, we still felt like we were on our own private island with our private view.  It was wonderful to  hear the ocean at night.  There are alot of places nearby to get food and it was fun to be within walking distance of the beach (a very short walk).  It was also wonderful to be near the design district.  The condo is dated but still clean and very well stocked.  We didn't find the beach chairs/umbrella until our last day so if you stay, know it's in the spare bedroom closet.  That would have been nice to know up front in our paperwork.  Stubbs was very responsive as we were booking.  We didn't need to contact them during our stay because everything was perfect.  We LOVED Claire's on Cedros for breakfast each day - if you go, you don't want to miss it.  They were great about social distancing and all wait staff wore masks.  Darling atmosphere and consistently wonderful food.  We will definitely consider coming back to this condo for another vacation and we recommend this to anyone looking for a private, quiet getaway.  Kids are definitely welcome - we were there with our teenagers but saw many young families.  

Had a wonderful visit to the San Diego area and enjoyed staying in Relax & Renew. Beautiful view and the deck was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommend! 

Fabulous unit! Great ocean view! Private deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. Walking distance to amenities and beach. Stylish interior decor. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet complex and beach toys included!

We very much enjoyed staying at this unit and appreciate the fact that Tyler put us in this one after our original reservation was changed.

NOTE: A contract will be sent to you outlining all the terms and conditions of the specific unit you are renting.

1) DEPOSIT: A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due when the reservation is booked. Payment must be on a valid credit card, Visa and MasterCard accepted. The balance of your reservation minus the 10% deposit is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.

2)  RENT, FEES TAXES & BOOKING DEPOSIT: The balance due, which includes rent, cleaning fee, guest services fee, any applicable utility charges, booking deposit and Transient Occupancy Tax (10 - 13% of rental amount on all tenancies of 30 nights or less located within the Cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Diego and Solana Beach) shall be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy for all tenancies. Should you make a reservation with a check-in date 30 days or less prior to occupancy, the amount due is payable by means of a credit card or if you’re a repeat renter by cashiers check. If the renter is using a credit card for payment, renter authorizes Broker to utilize the same credit card that renter provided when making the reservation to pay for the balance due. The balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to renter's arrival. Neither a late arrival nor an early departure will reduce the rent contracted since the property is reserved specifically for you for the dates agreed to above.

3) VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER: The Damage Waiver is a $49 fee added to your rental agreement and included in your reservation total. When reported immediately, it covers the registered guest(s) against any accidental damage to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,500.00. This small fee eliminates the necessity of the traditional security deposit and gives our guests peace of mind by knowing when accidents happen, you are protected. Terms and Conditions: Coverage includes accidental damages only. Damage caused by acts of violence or malicious acts will not be covered. Damage is limited to the rental unit you are occupying under the terms of your rental agreement and does not cover any other structure. Coverage includes the interior of the unit including furnishings and other fixtures. Coverage includes limited damage to the exterior including porches. Guest's personal items such as luggage, clothing, electronics or any other items that are not a part of the rental property are EXCLUDED under this coverage. Vehicles of any kind are excluded. Damage must be reported to the office immediately for coverage to be in effect. Damage or loss caused by pets or any animal brought onto the premises is not covered. Damage plan does not cover loss of use of the property. Guest is responsible for charges over and above $2,500.00

4) CANCELLATION: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit the 10% Non Refundable deposit and any Travel Insurance Fees. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.
