This clean, modern and cozy home features trendy decor, comfortable beds, and convenient extras like an EV charger, making it an ideal base for festivals, downtown outings, or weekend getaways. Minutes from South Congress and central Austin on a peaceful street, the property matches its photos and is supported by a responsive host to help ensure a smooth, welcoming stay.

The home was nice and cozy.  I am very particular about the cleanliness.  I found this place to be very clean. Overall stay was excellent and Flor was always responsive without hesitation.   Thank you for hosting.

This is a lovely home, not an ideal neighborhood - but if you have a car and want a great place 15 minutes from downtown and just about everything, it’s a great place to start and end your day. There were some issues with the pool I really hope they figure out before the next guests arrive, because besides that it was a truly wonderful stay. 

Property management was helpful when needed!! Clean property, enough room for 5 guys to stay. 

This well appointed home is close to everything and the looks exactly like the pictures.  Everything was very clean and comfortable.  We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to Austin.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
