Cancellation Policy
The Tenant may cancel this Tenancy Agreement before the Commencement Date by giving the Agent no less than sixty (60) days’ notice. Failure to give at least sixty (60) days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the Deposit inclusive of Rent, Charges and all other fees and charges paid in advance. If the Tenancy Agreement is cancelled more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, the Deposit will be refunded minus an Administrative Fee of five hundred dollars ($500).
