Confirmed reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or dates of travel can be changed at any time by contacting us immediately. Upon confirmation of a reservation, the unit is blocked for any further reservations and therefore, the deposit will only be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee if the unit is re-rented for the same period of time and paid in full.
