CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RE-BOOKING: Reservations may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations more than 90 days from the time of check-in there is a $75 processing fee only. Cancellations between 60 and 90 days from the time of check-in: 15% of the total booking is retained. Cancellations between 45 and 59 days from the time of check-in: 25% of the total booking is retained.
