Guest Cancellation Policy Should the Guest have to cancel for any reason, the Guest must notify Landmark Vacations, LLC immediately in writing via email at . If the Guest cancels 60 days or more prior to their stay arrival date they shall receive their payments back minus the 3.75% Reservation Fee and associated taxes (if applicable) and any non-refundable fees associated with travel insurance.
