Great location and best private pool we ever had. Luxury linens was a bonus. This house fit our needs perfectly. We experienced a few minor problems that were handled promptly by Sea Star Realty. If we decide to come back to Garden City, we would stay here again.

The Good:-the fenced in back yard is great for dogs (there are holes in the fence so probably not good for little dogs). The pool is awesome and there is a great deck on the front of house.The BAD:-when we arrived the house was dirty and smelled. CANCELLATIONS: A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made ninety (90) or more days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, other than the reservation fee to cover clerical expenses and the optional non-refundable travel insurance policy.
