Sealodge E7 boasts amazing oceanfront views plus right in the heart of everything Kauai's North Shore has to offer! This well maintained charmer has one comfortable bedroom, an open living and dining space that gets tons of natural light, and a fully appointed and newly remodeled (2025) kitchen. The private balcony lanai  is dream, with ocean views that stretch down the Anini reef.  

If you manage to drag yourself away from the sight of the waves breaking outside your windows, you'll find yourself in the perfect home base for exploring the North Shore. Anini Beach, just 15 minutes away, has calm, clear waters, and is great for snorkeling and swimming. The beautiful golden beaches of Hanalei Bay are also just 15 minutes away, and the water is gentle and shallow, great for swimmers of all ages. The charming Hanalei town is right nearby as well, and has all the boutique shopping and delicious eating you could ever want! Try some ultra-fresh fish at the Hanalei Dolphin, or grab a sweet treat at Wishing Well Shave Ice (if you've never had macadamia ice cream you're missing out!). If you don't mind a longer journey, Tunnels Beach is 30 minutes away, and has some of the best snorkeling on the island, and you'll likely spot some Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles) too! For those that prefer to stay a little closer to home, the Princeville Shopping Center is only 1.5 miles away, about 5 minutes driving, and has a Foodland grocery store, and plenty of eating out options for casual dining close to home! Happy hour at Tiki Iniki is a great way to pass the afternoon with a cocktail and an appetizer, and the Saturday morning farmers market is the perfect local activity! 

Of course, if you're after a true staycation, the Sealodge grounds have all you need for a relaxing vacation right on the premises! You can spend the day lounging by the complex pool and soaking up the sun and the views, or you can throw an impromptu barbecue using the community charcoal grills. You don't even need to leave the complex to have a great beach day, either, just trek down to Sealodge Beach, about a 10 minute, moderately strenuous hike, to enjoy a secluded stretch of paradise with great fishing, great snorkeling, and no crowds! Don't worry about laundry facilities, there's an in unit washer and dryer for added convenience. 

Looking to make your way around the rest of the island? Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is located) is roughly 50 minutes, and to the South Shore is 75 minutes. 

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are fans in each space and screen doors on the lanai to help with airflow.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down one flight of stairs.  There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Beautiful place, view and location. Staff was extremely helpful and fast responds, will be coming back.

The condo is simply lovely! Was equipped with all the necessary items for an enjoyable stay including beach chairs and towels.The ocean view was fantastic!Walking the property allowed for terrific sunrise and sunsetsIt is close to numerous beaches and adventure trips as well.

Had a wonderful trip to Kauai and a big part of it was because of this condo that the owner shared with us.  We have stayed at other Sea Lodge condo's before but this one couldn't have been much better. The view from every window was incredible.  Either the seeing the beautiful sunrise over the ocean in the morning or the beautiful sunsets in the evening.  This condo couldn't have been placed any better.  It also has plenty of privacy too.  We highly recommend Sealodge E7.  

The location is wonderful up on the cliff above the waves. The sound of the waves is very soothing and a great way to doze off. The problem is that there is a unit right above with tile floors and the constant noise drowns out the waves. From early in the morning to late at night. Because there was a 4 day storm, we had to spend a lot of time in the condo. Also, they could spring for some new beach chairs. The ones that are there were cheap and broken. We had to go rent them because they were useless.

Everything was amazing. The mechanica s of the place are perfect, location, check in,cleanliness. It's the awesome island feel that's everywhere. Roosters roam freely, the ocean sounds, the gentle breeze and short soft rain showers make this place a dream come true. Be prepared for quiet time with everything you need a short drive away.

Your booking deposit - consisting of 25% of the total cost of your rental and 100% of trip insurance (if selected) - will be charged at the time you reserve. Reservations cancelled for non-receipt of contract are liable for all applicable cancellation penalties, as outlined below. If your reservation begins in the next 14 days, you must cancel within 48 hours of reservation to avoid cancellation fees. PAYMENT: Full/balance payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations not paid in full by the final balance due date shall be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of funds. If a reservation is made within 65 days of the reservation check-in date, full payment is required at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For reservations cancelled 61 or more days prior to your contracted check-in date, you will receive a full refund of all money paid. For reservations cancelled 60 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

____CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES: Thank you for respecting our posted 3pm check-in time and 10am check-out time.  Scheduled services, as well as housekeeping, are planned in advance around these times and we may need to charge $50/hour for unauthorized early arrival or late departure.     

____ LOST KEYS and PARKING PASSES: I understand that there is a $75 replacement charge for a lost (or unreturned) pool key, a lost (or unreturned) door key, and a lost (or unreturned) parking pass. (Note: not all properties will have a door key, if they are equipped with a keyless entry system. There are no pool keys at our private homes.) The fee for a lost (or unreturned) garage door opener is $150. Because the next guest will require keys, opener, and parking pass, you will not be able to avoid the replacement charge by mailing the items back to us. Renters at Villas of Kamalii please note that the pool key replacement charge is $150 at that location. Please note that a $75 charge will also apply for keys that have been locked in the unit instead of being placed back in the lockbox at checkout.

____ CONDITION OF PREMISES: The property and contents are privately owned. The Property is rented with Owner's furnishings and Rental Agent will not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment. No items belonging to the Owner shall be removed from the property. Should any equipment be out of order (including but not limited to hot tubs, washing machine), Rental Agent will undertake reasonable efforts to remediate reported problems during normal business hours. Please keep in mind that being on a remote island can often delay the receiving of parts and repairs. There will be no refunds for such inconvenience. Guest authorizes Rental Agent or property Owner to repair damages or loses caused by Guest or invitees of Guest, at the expense of Guest. Guests are required to notify us of any defects or problems associated with the property IMMEDIATELY, including but not limited to, appliances, audio/visual equipment, furnishings, hot tubs, jacuzzis, and pools, etc.

      Please be careful with items that you put down the garbage disposal. At home you might be able to put skins or vegetable leaves down your disposal but the one in your rental may stop up. We ask that you be very cautious.
      Also, please do not turn the dial on the refrigerator colder than the recommended setting. Doing so will cause the appliance to shut down. If you stop up the disposal or cause the refrigerator to stop working, we will need to charge you for the service call. 
      Do not move furniture. It may cause damage, and this damage will NOT be covered by your damage waiver.

____ ACCESS TO PREMISES: Owner or Rental Agent may enter premises for the following reasons: Assessing damages or malfunctions, to perform repairs and/or maintenance, to supply services agreed upon, including but not limited to, pest control, if the unit is for sale (we will provide 2 days notice to show the unit at a reasonable hour), or in case of emergency. We reserve the right to enter the property any time for the purpose of safekeeping and/or prevention of further damage. 

____ NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION: We are not responsible for any construction noise or inconvenience that may occur during your stay. No refunds will be given.

____ SMOKING: All properties are smoke-free. Guests may smoke outside in specially designated areas only. Please dispose of all smoking materials appropriately and do not discard on the grounds.  Smoking indoors or on the lanai will result in a minimum $250 additional charge for smoke mitigation.

____ PETS: Pets are not allowed in the home or on the property. 

____  CLEANING: The cleaning fee is mandatory and non-refundable. Mid-stay cleaning(s) may be required for extended rental periods at Guests expense. Maid service is not included. If you would like additional maid service, it may be arranged for an additional cost. Cleaning fees are subject to change. The cleaning fee covers laundering one set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest. You are welcome the use the fresh sheets/towels available, but please launder and replace the used ones or you may be assessed an excess laundry fee of $35/load. 

____ SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Advertised amenities are subject to change without notice or compensation. Changes can occur after a reservation is made due to a sale of unit, remodeling, mechanical failure, or servicing. Should a property be made unavailable for any reason beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent may substitute (at their discretion) another property comparable or better. If the substitute is of lesser value, refunds may be made. If no other property is available, the limit of liability by property Owner or Rental Agent is to refund any pre-paid rents that have been paid by the registered Guest. 

____ HAWAII TAXES: If tax rates should change after reservation is made, the new tax rate will be passed on to existing customers.

 
____ CONSENT TO TEXT: I consent to Kauai Kahuna Vacation Rentals contacting me by text message for the purpose of providing information, such as arrival instructions, relevant to my rental.


Signing this agreement constitutes a contract, namely:

1) Acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, procedures and addendums detailed therein.

2) Acceptance of full financial responsibility for late departure, any loss of inventory, excessive housekeeping, damage or repairs due to abuse or neglect of the property occurring within the duration of your stay.

3) Acceptance of full responsibility and liability for all guests or visitors at the property during your stay.
