The Shores of Maui is a picturesque condominium community located in the perfect location - directly across from Cove Beach Park in Kihei. The location is convenient and offers easy access to Kamaole Beach Park I, shopping, and restaurants. The highlight of this stunning unit is the breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed while relaxing on the spacious private lanai (balcony).

This one-bedroom and one-bathroom unit has been recently upgraded and features a King size bed in the master bedroom and a twin bed. The living room comes equipped with a wall bed that is queen size, a new refrigerator, a washer/dryer, DVD, an air-conditioned living room, and a bedroom. There is also a TV in both the living room and bedroom. The ocean views from both the living room and the lanai are simply stunning.

On-site amenities include a wonderful swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ area that are all situated amongst the lush landscaping that complements the property. Additionally, guests will be pleased to learn that the Shores of Maui has open free parking with one vehicle per unit.

As you relax in this beautiful unit, you will undoubtedly appreciate the picturesque landscapes Ko'ie'ie Fishpond and beyond. Nestled in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach, this meticulously maintained condo offers stunning ocean views and a wealth of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests consistently rave about the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches provided by the owners, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes for an unforgettable vacation experience.

We enjoyed our 8 day stay at this ocean view, jewel-box, of a condo. All the comforts of home were at our disposal. We arrived after a long travel day, to be greeted by a clean and welcoming home away from home. What a gift. We were immediately drawn to the balcony with the best sunset views on the island. The owners and management staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The owners' love of this property is seen in the pristine cleanliness, and meticulous attention to detail, all the while being flexible and accommodating to their guests. We squeezed in as much hiking, exploring, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, eating, sun-bathing, and shopping we could. We would not have been able to do all that we did if it had not been for the excellent location of this property. The owners offered a multitude of recommendations, offerings, and insider tips that made for an "in the know" and informed vacation itinerary. We were grateful for the hospitality and "reach out to us anytime" vibe that was fostered from the time we made our reservations. Every one of their suggestions were 100% on point. On our last day in Maui we maximized each hour, surfing on the board the owners graciously allowed us to borrow, sipping coffee on our balcony, relishing a special lunch at Mama's Fish House, doing some last minute shopping in Paia, and the one for the road shave ice at Ululani's, wrapped up an incredible trip to Maui. We hope to return to this special spot again. We are confident any would feel the same. Thank you!!

The location of the condo was great. It is walking distance to beaches and shopping. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation.  We would definitely come back here again. 

Great place close to park, surfing, restraunts, and bars. Place is well equipped with essentials Clean and well maintained. 

This was our 4th staying in this complex. The location is unbeatable. No need to rent a vehicle as everything you could need/want is within walking distance. The updates in this unit put it above the others. We look forward to our next stay. 

We were very happy with our stay.  The unit is clean and comfortable. A super walkable location. Perfect deck for sunset viewing! We like to utilize all the kitchen appliances and they are all of good quality, as was the laundry tower.  It was nice to have a vacuum as we were there for 17 nights.  A mop of some sort would be a nice addition for longer stays. The owner/ management were very responsive to a small issue! Overall we had a fabulous holiday!

DESTINATION MAUI VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booking Rules:
•A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.  
•As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. 
•If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Supplies:
•Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.  
•You are not obligated to re-stock the unit with any used items from your starter kit.  
•Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. 
•For condos without in-unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors to wash these items as needed.

Deposits/Cancellation 
•To confirm your stay, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1.$39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2.$3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7-10 business days after departure) 
•Your initial deposit will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel before your final payment.  Your final payment will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel after your final payment. Your final payment is due 60 days (two months) prior to your arrival date.
•We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection.  If you are interested, please enquire with us before your final payment is due.
•If a cancellation is made prior or post your final payment, we will do our best to re-book the dates lost.  If we are able, we will issue a credit back to you for each day re-booked, minus a $100 cancellation fee. 

Garage Door Openers (lower level):
•$20.00 Refundable Cash Deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
Smoking:
•All units are Non-Smoking.  A designated smoking area are available on property.
•Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $500.  
•Smoking/vaping/medical cannabis are strictly prohibited on the property except in designated smoking areas.    
Check In/Out:
•Check-In time is after 4:00 PM HST. Check-Out time is before 10:00 AM HST.
•Please remember to check in with front office during business hours.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
•Due to strict COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation guidelines, we are not able to accommodate these requests. We recommend booking an additional night. Please contact Destination Maui Vacation at in advance for availability and rate.
