Silverbell Chalet is an exceptional 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury home, ideal for families or groups of up to eight people. Located just a short drive from six world-class ski resorts, and offering easy access to hiking/biking trails and Dillon Reservoir in the summer, this home provides the perfect setting for year-round mountain adventures. With high-end furniture, finishes, and your own private hot tub, this property ensures a comfortable and memorable stay.

The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows, filling the home with natural light and creating an open, airy feel. A stunning floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace adds warmth and charm, while comfortable seating and a Smart TV make it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances (including a double oven), and all the tools you need to prepare delicious meals. There’s seating for eight at the dining table and room for three at the kitchen counter.

For those needing to work during their stay, the home offers two office areas upstairs. Downstairs, the family room features a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar, providing a perfect space to unwind. Step outside onto the deck, where you’ll find comfortable seating and a gas grill for outdoor dining. The stairs off the deck lead to a tree-lined backyard with a gas fireplace and a large hot tub, where you can soak and enjoy the breathtaking views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal. Additional amenities include a large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a two-car garage with outdoor parking for one more vehicle.

Shuttles to Denver, DIA, and nearby ski areas are easily accessible at the Frisco Transit Center, just a short walk or quick drive away. Wal-Mart, Safeway, and numerous stores and restaurants are also conveniently close. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.

Main Level:
 - Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
 - Bedroom 3: queen bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
 - Bedroom 4: queen bed, flat-screen TV, private door to yard and hot tub. (sleeps 2)

Beautiful place with an excellent location to all the things you need in Frisco. Silverbell is well furnished with all you need.

Lovely, spacious home--fully equipped and ever so comfortable.  Quiet neighborhood, just lovely!

This is an amazing house with all the amenities. It wonderfully quiet with wonderful access to town. Hot tub is in great condition as is the whole house.

A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood near some of the best skiing in the world.  Was it an indulgence?  Yes!  Do I feel guilty?  Yes!  Would I rent it again? Yes!!

Rental Policy   
 
 **Summit Mountain Rentals highly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans. Please contact us directly to include insurance. The policy can be found on the Summit Mountain Rentals website under the Guest Services tab. 

The Guest agrees to the following terms for the use of the Accommodations between the Check-In and Check-Out Dates: 

Check-In/Check-Out. The Accommodations will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00pm on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to 100% of one nights stay will be charged if unit is not vacated by above specified time. 

Damage Deposit. The Guest authorizes the Manager to use the credit card provided to cover excessive housekeeping costs and damages not associated with normal wear and tear. This credit card will remain on file for the duration of your stay and further until we are able to inspect the property after your departure. The Manager is also authorized to use the credit card to apply to unpaid charges and fees at the time of check-out. This includes any Pay Per View purchases on the televisions at the home. We do NOT ALLOW any Pay Per View purchases and most televisions have parental controls to help reduce this. Should any Pay Per View purchases be purchased during your stay, you will incur a $25.00 processing fee along with the cost of the purchase charged to the credit card supplied. If a credit card is used for payment, the guest authorizes the manager to use the credit card for these damage deposit charges. The guest understands that this damage deposit in no way limits their liability and accepts responsibility for any damages caused by the guest or their party. **For stays exceeding 29 nights, a refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be charged at the time of booking. **

Location/Maximum Occupancy. The location and description of the Accommodations are shown at the top of this Agreement. The Guest will permit no more than the Maximum Occupancy listed. The Guest agrees to pay $100 per night for each additional occupant. 

Payment Terms. A refundable credit card charge equal to 50% of total charges is required at the time of booking. The balance is due by direct deposit or wire transfer 30 days prior to arrival (see deposit schedule above). If the booking is within 30 days of arrival, then the entire balance is due at time of booking. If a credit card is used for payment, then the Guest authorizes the Manager to charge any sums due under this Agreement to any credit card account held and provided by renter at the time of booking. All Credit Card charges for final payment are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. The 3.5% convenience fee does not apply if the balance is paid in full with one payment nor does it apply to the first 50% payment. The renter also authorizes the Manager to charge the balance due at 30 days prior to arrival with no notification to renter.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the reservation value.  

**Generali Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants.

House Rules. The Guest agrees to follow all house rules posted in the Accommodations or provided to the Guest prior to check-in. While using the Accommodations, the Guest will abide by all applicable governmental laws and regulations and will be responsible for all damage to the Accommodations beyond ordinary wear and tear. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Manager harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the Accommodations by the Guest's tenants, the Guests, or from any carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the Accommodations. 

Trash Removal. The Guest agrees to deposit accumulated household trash in either the complex trash dumpster located on site or a trash container for a home in or outside the garage. 

Utilities and Phone Service. The rent includes utilities (water, heat, electricity, cable or satellite TV, and Wi-Fi). Telephones are not available in most rentals.   

Pets and Smoking. No pets are permitted without prior written approval from the Manager. A separate pet deposit may be required. No smoking is permitted in the Accommodations. Smoking and unauthorized pets will each result in a $500 additional charge. 

Holdovers. If the Guest does not vacate in a timely fashion, the Guest will be subject to eviction and the rental amount due for any full or partial day following the specified check-out time in the amount of 150% of the daily rental fee. 

Notices. Notice to either party shall be in writing to the mailing or e-mail addresses shown at the top of this Agreement. Notice to the Guest during the occupancy period shall be by personal delivery to the Guest at the Accommodations. 

Disputes. Any sums due from the Guest to the Manager shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month until paid. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Summit County, State of Colorado, and shall be governed by Colorado law. If the Manager hires legal counsel to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to resolve any dispute under this Agreement, the Guest shall be liable for all attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Manager.
