Great location. Very dated and misrepresented
I enjoyed my stay at the Snowflake Lodge. I was annoyed that I didn't get check in information and access code prior to my departure. I had to call the property directly twice to finally get it. I used a 3rd party site to place my booking and was told "we don't get your information on you". I was sent a document via my email to provide data then...

This unit is so horribly outdated, small, and uncomfortable. So happy we did not have more stay with us because we would have been so incredibly embarrassed.
