I enjoyed my stay at this home - it is located in a very nice neighborhood and backs up to a nature trail. I would stay here again but there were a couple things that were disappointing - I booked the home last minute, but had to track down the hosting company through multiple messages and phone calls after the check in time for the code. The home is pet friendly, and I brought my dog, but I found prior pet hair on the couch  - fine I used the Dyson vacuum handheld to clean it up very easily, but there were also hairs on the bedding. Lastly, it seemed like the homeowners almost left in the middle of the night with lots of their stuff still in almost all the storage areas. There was almost no space for my 2 suitcases as several storage areas were locked and the pantry was completely full of random non kitchen items. The 2 TVs are almost comically large but amazing to catch up on all my shows and the couch and bed were very comfortable and I enjoyed the shower and heated bidet.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 
No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
