This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom 2-story home with 3.5 baths is perfect for families and large groups.  This home is perfect for families and large groups. Our location is central and convenient, with easy access to everything you need, including shopping, entertainment, waterparks, Dell, Kalahari Resorts, LC Soccer Stadium, Apple, Dell, Celebrino Event Center, and St David’s Hospital. Whether you're visiting for work or play, our home provides the perfect base for your trip.

Inside, you'll find a luxurious 2 story home with new furniture that's designed for comfort and relaxation. Our home is laid out perfectly for up to 8 guests, with 4 total bedrooms that offer plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and  features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two of the  guest bedrooms  have queen-size beds & private closets. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds & private closet

The kitchen is spacious and set up with all your basic cooking essentials,Keurig Coffee maker, electric tea kettle, a double toaster, and a large pantry.  The island has two  bar stools for seating, and the dining area features a beautiful table perfect for seating up to 8 people.
This home has 3 spacious sitting areas for a large family. You may also enjoy an upstairs spacious loft  with a mounted smart TV that is perfect to entertain guests  with a movie night or set up a play area for the kids. 

For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer located on the first  floor as well. The backyard is spacious for the kiddos or furry pets. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and guests may also park in the garage for covered parking for a total of up to 4 spots. 

We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TVs, & comfortable beds with fresh linens. Hosts were very caring and responsive during our entire stay at 3216 Pablo Circle. The internet was slow when we arrived and Jacob had the internet provider come by and speed up the net. We both work from home and fast internet is a requirement. All host responded within the required timeframe. We are dealing with some life issues and hosts made it easier for us during this time.

<h2>Occupants</h2>
The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall not exceed {{number_of_guests}} guests. Exceeding this limit will result in termination of this Agreement.

<h2>Security Deposit</h2>
The Guest shall pay a Security Deposit as detailed in the booking process. This deposit will be returned within the state’s required timeframe after check-out, less any deductions for damages or violations of this Agreement.

<h2>Pets</h2>
<ul>
<li>Pets Allowed: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Host in advance.</li>
<li>Pet Fees:</li>
<li>Stays under 7 days: $50 per pet.</li>
<li>Stays between 7-25 days: $100 per pet.</li>
<li>Stays between 25-30 days: $250 per pet.</li>
<li>Stays beyond 30 days: Guests must contact the Host to discuss pricing.</li>
<li>Unauthorized Pets: A $500 fine per pet will be charged for any unauthorized pets in addition to the standard pet fees.</li>
<li>Pet Guidelines: Pets must stay off furniture, not be left unattended unless kenneled, and must be cleaned up after. Potty pads are prohibited.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Smoking Policy</h2>
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Premises, including balconies and hallways. Violations incur a minimum $1,000 fine plus additional cleaning fees.

<h2>Check-Out Requirements</h2>
Upon check-out, the Guest must:
<ol>
<li>Follow all additional check-out instructions provided by the Host the day before departure. </li>
</ol>

<h2>Inspection</h2>
The Host will inspect the property before and after each stay. The Guest is financially responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

<h2>Excessive Cleaning Fees</h2>
If excessive cleaning is required (e.g., stains, odors, excessive mess), the Guest will be charged the full amount billed by the cleaning company.

<h2>House Rules &amp; Fines</h2>
<ol>
<li>No Smoking/Drug Use: $1,000 fine plus cleaning costs.</li>
<li>No Unauthorized Parties/Events: $1,000 fine; may result in termination of the stay.</li>
<li>Unauthorized Pets: $500 fine per pet.</li>
<li>Undeclared Guests: $100 per guest per night.</li>
<li>Late Check-Out: $25 per hour if not pre-approved. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a rescheduling fee equal to the original cleaning fee.</li>
<li>Lost/Damaged Keys/Fobs: $150 per key/fob.</li>
<li>Tampering with Blinds: $40 replacement or reattachment fee per blind.</li>
<li>No Shoes (if specified): Guests must remove shoes inside the property.</li>
<li>Surveillance: Exterior cameras may be present. Tampering or blocking cameras will result in immediate termination with no refund.</li>
<li>Please take a moment to review the property’s House Rules, as there may be additional guidelines specific to your stay.</li>
</ol>

<h2>Cancellation Policy</h2>
The Guest acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the cancellation policy specific to the property as outlined during the booking process.

<h2>Host’s Liability</h2>
The Guest and their guests agree to indemnify and hold the Host harmless against any claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the Premises. The Guest is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

<h2>Emergency Procedures</h2>
For emergencies (maintenance or safety concerns), please use the chat or phone number provided to contact the Host.

<h2>Surveillance Disclosure</h2>
The Premises may have a doorbell camera or other exterior cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.

<h2>Governing Law</h2>
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Premises is located.
