POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. Guests: 
Due to fire codes and insurance we cannot allow anyone sleep on property who isn't a registered guest. If there are any unregistered guests, you may be asked to leave or pay additional charges, Maximum amount in 1 bedroom is 4 persons. Maximum amount in a studio is 2 persons 

2. Quiet time on Hollywood Beach is from 11:00p.m. - 8:00a.m. as per Hollywood Noise Ordinance, in case of excessive noise please call the Hollywood Police NON-Emergency number: 954-764-help (4357).

3. We will only be doing your towels on Friday. Please place them in your laundry basket and place the bag outside on Friday mornings. If for some reason you need more before Friday, PLEASE ask us for more.

4. Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking in the rooms at any time, if caught smoking in the rooms or if we smell where someone has been smoking in your room, there will be a $250.00 fee charged to the card on file. 

This fee is for shutting down the room while it is thoroughly cleaned to be rid of the odor. 

We do allow smoking outside as long as it doesn't bother other guests. Please ask for an ash tray so we can try to keep the property as neat and clean as possible.

5. NO CANDLES FOR ANY REASON!!

6. Cleaning Charge: There will be at least a $100.00 charge (dependant on extra cleaning or cost of damages) to the registered guest's credit card on file if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. 

If damage has occurred during your stay with us, please let us know as soon as possible because we do understand accidents can and will happen sometimes. Follow the checkout procedure which was give to you at the time of check in. Also, please leave your room neat and tidy.

7. Grill: Please clean the grill after use and replace the cover on it after it has cooled off otherwise a $25 cleaning charge will be placed on the card on file.

8. Garbage: Please throw away all garbage in your room and place in garbage bags. Please tie up and place all garbage in the cans on Surf Road before you leave. Please DO NOT use the cans near our parking lot as they are for leaves and such and we don't always look in there and it can present a problem.

9. Pets: Pets are NOT accepted. If found to have one, you will be asked to leave, and a pet cleaning fee of a minimum of $100.00 may be charged to your card if extra cleaning is required due to the pet being in the room. We do, however, accept service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task for a guest, they must be with you at all times and never left alone in the room or on the property alone. They will always be more than acceptable at Marine Villas.

10. Parking: ONLY 1 parking spot allowed as space is limited. If you would like to keep your vehicle parked after checking out and if we have the space, there is a $20.00 charge and must be approved before.

Marine Villas makes every effort to provide you with a clean and safe environment while you are here on Property, we cannot however be responsible for any lost or stolen property.
