Cancellation Policy
Ocean Sands Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy is as follows. Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, minus the credit card fees. Guests that cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, will get back 50% of rent paid along with any fees paid, minus the credit card fees. Guests that cancel under 15 days before check-in, will get back their fees minus the credit card charge. Rent is non-refundable. The damage waiver is not refundable.
