I have been working on the collection of properties (~14 acres) that have become King's Crossing for 7 years, and it's starting to become a real "collection". All of the houses have been thoughtfully designed and built or restored by myself (with permits), and are meant to have a connection to the mature woods (with hiking trails, ask me about them) that surround the houses, while maintaining private spaces for each set of guests.
