Guests must cancel at least 7 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 5% processing fee. If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will be charged 100% for all nights. Guests may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours after booking if the booking is 30 days or more before check-in, minus a 5% processing fee.
