We enjoyed the house we rented! Any issue we had was taken care of right away via email/text. The only thing I would suggest is a couch in the game room. There was no where comfortable to sit in there while watching others play games. Also, the pinball machine is basically broke and should just be taken out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks. We had two teenage boys in our group and they said they want to stay in the same place when we go back.
This cabin was one of the best that we have stayed in. To get to this cabin is an easy drive and right off the road. It's conveniently located close to Food City and downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin is great for a family with pets, includes a fenced in yard.
We chose this cabin to rent mainly because of the plentiful room and the game room. This rental did not disappoint and has so much to offer. We only had five people, but this rental can accommodate quite a few more people than that. One of the bedroom remotes was missing when we got there so I sent a text to the leasing company. After tangling with another cabin that had a steep driveway leading to a small parking lot. We were offered this Twin Oaks Creek cabin. Plenty of flat parking, great location for access to eating and shopping. Large comfortable cabin with great game room for the grandkids.
