CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, notice must be given sixty (60) days prior to arrival to insure a refund (less $50 processing fee). If you cancel, within this time frame, the full advance payment/deposit will be forfeited. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival and are cancelled will lose their entire deposit. Cancellations made after 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a forfeit of your entire amount plus the $200 security deposit.
