WELCOME to Beach Happy! A Gulf Crest Condominium. Located on the  East end of PCB.  Our building is perfectly located and well-maintained.  It's recently renovated and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly and will make you feel right at home. The building has 2 pools, (1 is heated) and 2 hot tubs.
This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan.
Comfortable, functional and beautifully decorated inside and out.
A large fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig and all other appliances just like home. As well as smart TV's and wireless internet.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bedand built-in twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, large walk in closet, double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest room has its own private bathroom.
Unit includes  beach set-up with umbrella (Mar.-Oct.) as well as additional beach chairs & toys in the unit.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.

Experience a truly delightful stay in this beautifully decorated condo, where stunning views and a spacious balcony create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Guests consistently appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and attentive service, making every visit enjoyable and memorable.

This was our second time staying in this unit. It was beautiful and clean. Part of the reason we chose to stay there again was because we love the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We also appreciate the large TV in the family room. 

Rental was very clean. Beautifully decorated. The balcony furniture was very nice. 

This is a wonderful condo! The views are stunning and the decor inside and on the porch is well arranged and comfortable. Look forward to returning to this beautiful condo. The only downside is the complex is not pet friendly, only to owners. 

Have stayed several summer vacations at Gulf Crest. Never disappoints. 2nd year in unit 1902 and everything was perfect.

We had a great time.  Loved the size of the balcony.    The pools were clean, chairs were nice, sunny everyday.  Great location to get to many wonderful restaurants.  

Rental Policies and Confirmation


RESERVATIONS DAILY/WEEKLY RENTALS: An advanced payment of $200 is required to confirm your reservation within twenty-four hours of booking.  Reservations can be confirmed by Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Reservations must be paid in full (30) days prior to date of arrival. Please make payments in form of Credit Card. RATES are subject to change without notice. ALL rentals of less than 6 months (185 nights) are subject to sales tax. If you have a reservation with Gulf Crest and fail to show up without notice you will forfeit the entire rent plus tax and the $200 security deposit.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: A security deposit of $200 is required to confirm all monthly reservations. Deposits and Rent payments are payable by Credit Card, Cash, Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Traveler’s Check in US funds. At check-in the deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit and is NOT applied to rent. Monthly rentals must cancel or shorten a stay sixty (60) days prior to arrival to insure a refund (less applicable cancellation fee). If you cancel, within this time frame, the full advance payment /deposit will be forfeited. All rentals of less than 6 months (185 nights) are subject to sales tax. Payment is due on the start date of your reservation each month.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, notice must be given sixty (60) days prior to arrival to insure a refund (less $50 processing fee). If you cancel, within this time frame, the full advance payment/deposit will be forfeited. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival and are cancelled will lose their entire deposit. Cancellations made after 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a forfeit of your entire amount plus the $200 security deposit. CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY DEPARTURES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER DO NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT.

HURRICANE POLICY: We will only refund unused days or cancelled reservations without penalty in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation for Bay County. Cleaning and registration fees are not refundable. No refunds will be given for nights evacuated on Monthly reservations.

CLEANING FEE: If, on arrival, you have any housekeeping issues, report them to the front office immediately so that they may be rectified. No discounts will be given due to housekeeping issues. A one-time, end-of –stay cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the rental fee at time of booking. Fee will vary according to size of unit. All fees are subject to sales tax.

RESTRICTIONS: The maximum number of guests in a condominium is limited by number of beds in a unit. All units require a 3 night minimum for advance reservations. If maximum occupancy is exceeded you may be required to check out immediately or pay an extra person charge. In either case, forfeiture of the full deposit will occur. Rental units are to be used for residential purposes only. No weddings, banquets, or commercial activities are permitted without the prior written approval of Gulf Crest. Any such unauthorized use, illegal activity, or disturbance of the peace will result in eviction and forfeiture of all rents and deposits. Subletting of units is strictly prohibited and is considered grounds for eviction. Smoking is not permitted in any unit or on any balcony. Any violations to the rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction and loss of rent and/or security deposit.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNTS OFFERED DUE TO A LATE CHECK-IN. All arrival information will be texted to you on the day of your arrival. Should you have any questions or do not receive the text please give us a call at  LATE ARRIVALS MUST CHECK-IN BEFORE NOON THE FOLLOWING DAY OR A FIFTY DOLLAR ($50) FEE WILL BE CHARGED. Check out time is before 9:00 a.m. Prior approval of manager must be secured for late check-out. Otherwise, an extra day’s rent will be charged.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed in any unit. If one is found in a unit you will be responsible for a full carpet/furniture clean, flea spray and loss of deposit.

REQUESTING SPECIFIC UNITS: Management will strive to comply with all reservation requests for specific units. However, due to possible variables such as owner changes, removal of units from the rental program, or mechanical problems we cannot guarantee a specific unit or bedding. In event that a unit you are renting is listed for sale, we may find the need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time so as to not disturb your vacation.

EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES: All units have heating/air conditioning. As agent, Gulf Crest cannot guarantee these or other appliances. We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or adjustments on rent should a problem arise.  Please do not run any appliances while absent from the condominium.

INITIAL SET-UP: An initial complimentary issue of toilet tissue, soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent will be furnished. However, any subsequent replacement will be the guest’s responsibility. Bath towels and bed linens are provided with your rental. Please supply your own beach towels.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Since our vacation rentals cater to the family, we cannot accept reservations for vacationing students. Young singles, under the age of 25, unaccompanied by a parent, will not be permitted to register and will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Should the accompanying parent not remain with the young single throughout the entire reservation period, eviction & forfeiture of rents and deposit paid will occur. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and the party will not be permitted to register.

NOTICE: If you are evicted from the unit which you are renting for failure to abide by the rules of the condominium or for any other reason, you will NOT be entitled to a refund of the rents paid in advance and the deposit. You will be responsible for the damage to the unit or Gulf Crest property caused by you or your guests.

LOSS OR THEFT: Gulf Crest assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest’s personal property or items left behind in units. Gulf Crest assumes no liability for theft or damage to vehicles or items left in them. There will be a charge to return any items that are left behind.

POOL SAFETY: As there are no lifeguards on duty, for your safety, we request you observe the posted Pool Rules, which forbid diving, running, and jumping. Infant floats and water noodles are the only flotation devices allowed in the pools.  These items are to be rinsed before placing them in the pools.The Pool Deck is closed at 10:00 p.m.

PARKING POLICY: Parking passes are required for ALL vehicles in our parking lot. In order to receive your parking passes, you must register and pay the $53 fee at the time of check in. Each unit has one assigned space. A maximum of two (2) vehicles per unit are permitted to park on the property. In this case, one vehicle must park in the assigned space and the other must park in any un-numbered space. Violators of this policy may be towed at the vehicle owners’ expense.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is PROHIBITED in all common areas of the property.   

INTERNET: By accepting this agreement and accessing the internet network, you acknowledge that you are of legal age, you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement.

(*) The Internet network service is provided by Gulf Crest Condominium Association, and is completely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, monitored, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.
(*) You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited and you are fully responsible for your use.
(*) The wireless network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

(*) You agree to be responsible for providing monitoring and regulating appropriate use of this network by underage children under your supervision.
