CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, notice must be given sixty (60) days prior to arrival to insure a refund (less $50 processing fee). If you cancel, within this time frame, the full advance payment/deposit will be forfeited. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival and are cancelled will lose their entire deposit.
