We had a fantastic stay (family of 4 with 2 kids) for 9 nights. The hosts provided all the relevant information in advance of arrival. My family was there, not for Disney attractions, but for a family member medical issue. A great to land when we were able to be there. Beds were ALL very comfortable, furnishings were great, kitchen could use a few more items, but enough to get by. Bring salt and pepper!!
