We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was perfect! The space was very open and not far to downtown. Flor was also great at communicating throughout the whole process!

Flor was a great host! The location is good, near downtown. The only con is the previous tenant left a few dirty dishes and they were put with the clean. Not the host’s fault. , so obviously it didn’t take away from the experience. This is a good property. My group and I had a great time!

Flor was communicative, and her home was beautiful! Great for any celebrations, the interior decor and vibe is great for any group of friends or family.

The AirBnB was very similar to the photos and check in was a breeze and Flor was very accommodating for our group. She was responsive and there was ample room for the 8 of us who stayed at this location. The area was walkable but could be a little sus the further you walked down the main road but nothing negative against the AirBnB just
something to keep in mind. There is a Dollar Tree and a spectacular coffee shop like 2 walking minutes away called Cafe Nenai that’s worth visiting. The house itself was very clean and whatever issues we had, she and her team resolved. Thank you Flor, next time we come to ATX, we will make sure to get in touch.

Flor’s house is an absolute 5-star gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful decor, which made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Every room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Speaking of coffee, having a Keurig coffee maker was such a convenient touch, making our mornings effortless and enjoyable.

The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and picturesque, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Parking was easy, and we felt completely comfortable walking around the area.

Flor was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful. She quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay, making everything seamless.

We truly loved every minute of our time here and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking, do it—you won’t regret it! 5 stars all the way!

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 

No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
