This home is equipped with a 75 inch smart tv in a spacious living area along with 55 inch smart tv's in each of the bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have private ensuites and the third bedroom has access to a full bathroom for their private use.  Each bed is equipped with high end mattresses and bedding for the utmost sleeping comfort.

Did you know the entire Savannah Historic District is only 2.1 square miles? That’s a big reason why staying in the Historic district is so convenient, allowing walkable access to anywhere.  The Historic District is broken down into zones.  This home is in the zone called Savannah Historic District South.  While each zone has an abundance of places to explore, the South District is well known for its beautiful historic homes, churches, the historic park squares, the old oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, Colonial Park Cemetery, The Mercer Williams House (made famous by the book, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), Jones Street and the entrance the beautiful Forsyth Park.

Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in our home.

The fireplace is not operational for guest use.
Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms
Early check ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile.
Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.

One parking spot is available on the premise in a shared 2 car garage. One spot in the garage is assigned to this unit. For additional cars there is on street parking.
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed.
For awareness: There are 2 exterior security cameras: 1 in the front and 1 in the back. It is motion detection and for security purposes.
Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk. Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes. Please do not enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub. The fireplace is not operational for guest use.
Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee.
We only provide one set of towels per person.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
