The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable. Holiday Season (December 20 - January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
