Welcome to "Waterfront Haven"! This beautiful condo offers a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living area with breathtaking bay views, and ample sleeping arrangements for up to five guests. The spacious king bedroom provides ultimate comfort, while the living room features a pull-out sofa and a large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids), perfect for accommodating additional 3 guests in addition to the king bed. Its central location ensures you're never far from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City.

This beachfront condo boasts a central location surrounded by numerous dining and entertainment options. Start your morning with a coffee from the nearby Cup of Joe, or unwind in the evening with a meal at Hopscotch Tap Room, both just across the street. A short drive brings you to Front Street, or venture northeast to Elk Rapids to explore charming shops and eateries. 

Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

After a day of exploring the stunning Traverse City area, retreat to the serene bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed adorned with high-quality linens. The room includes a spacious closet and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment. 

For families traveling with young children, a pack and play is available, along with a sound machine to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone.​

The spacious ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with essential toiletries and bathing accessories to enhance your comfort during your stay.​

~~ KITCHEN ~~
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove range, and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Enjoy your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or the dining room table situated just behind the kitchen. Alternatively, take your morning coffee outside to the deck and savor it while soaking in the sweeping views of the bay.​

The cozy living room invites you to unwind with its comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games for your entertainment. The sliding glass doors not only provide ample natural light but also offer uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay, bringing the serene outdoor scenery right into your living space.​

~~ OUTSIDE SPACE ~~
Open the sliding doors to step onto your private patio, furnished with comfortable chairs and a small table—an ideal spot to relax for hours on end. Whether you're catching the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoying the sunset, the views are truly spectacular in any season. With direct access to the sandy beach from the patio, feel free to lay out a towel and bask in the sun during your stay.​

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

~~ PARKING ~~
Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

~~ FLOOR & ACCESS ~~
This condo is located on the 2nd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service.  We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. 

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

Dandan's listing in Traverse City was great! Very comfortable condo right on the beach with amazing views right off the balcony. My wife and I spent a lot of time just taking in the views, it looked like a painting!

The condo itself was very comfortable and we'll appointed. Check-in was easy and Dandan was very communicative throughout our stay. She didn't take any time to respond to any questions we had.

We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Darling little place.  Beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly want. It was clean and very well thought out. Because we were there in Traverse City the very first weekend in May, the beaches and general outside surroundings were not quite ready for guests. This was absolutely no reflection on the condo, just an observation about Up North when it is definitely not winter but not summer either. Five stars for this wonderful condo and we will hope to come back when it is a little warmer!

Loved the stay at Waterfront Heron! Great location on East Bay with gorgeous views from inside and the balcony. Plenty of parking and close to everything. The accomodations were thoughfully done and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need from spices, cooking spray, pans, coffee, tea, tinfoil and paper towel. Bathroom included extras such as soap, hair products, plenty of towels and even included individually wrapped toothbrush and paste in case you left yours behind. Dandan was very responsive. We'll be back! Thank you!

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.

If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
