~ The Hot tub and Shed (shared with the main house if it is occupied). The deck is unavailable if the main house unit is occupied.
~  No Pets Policy: We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals in accordance with the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
~ Parking - Use the second driveway on the right in front of the garage for a maximum of three vehicles.  The driveway on the left of the asphalt is for the occupants of the other unit. No parking is allowed on the rural country road. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
