Welcome to Tybee Time Vacation Rentals!

Be our guest and enjoy the beautiful views from this top-floor, corner condo located on the southeast corner of the B Building.  You have wonderful unobstructed views from your private balcony of Wooden Turtle Tybee .  

The owners have set this condo up for your vacation enjoyment.  Light, and bright, and you will have that beach feel the minute you walk in.  The condo is 490 sq.ft. The bedroom has a queen size bed and Roku TV.  There is a small built-in bunk in the hallway if you are traveling with a little one.  There is a guard rail provided if needed.  The bunk is smaller than a normal twin size and will not be comfortable for an adult sleeper.   

Although we don't recommend cooking on vacation, this kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove and has more counter space than most units in the complex.  Basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware is provided.  There is a dual-purpose Keurig machine for full-pot brewing or single-cup brewing.  

This condo offers smart televisions in the living room and bedroom so that you can keep up with your NetFlix or Hulu shows. The owners also provide high-speed WiFI access.  We highly recommend "unplugging" and enjoying the pool, the beach, and the island in general!   

This end of the beach does not have lifeguards so be extra watchful if you have little ones.   The large container ships can cause an unexpected wake.  You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony.   Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.   

1 CAR PER CONDO.  NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE.  Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is a smoke-free complex.  No smoking is allowed on the grounds or in any of the common areas.  This condo is also a non-smoking unit.  You may smoke on the balcony and we ask that if you do so, please close the balcony door.

Fantastic place to stay. The unit was clean, well-stocked and very easy access to the beach. This was our second time at Savannah Bay and Rocket Club. Love Tybee Island, love this complex.  The Wooden Turtle is on the 3rd floor and the view is fantastic.

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. NO THAT I KNOW MY WAY AROUND THE ISLAND MY NEXT TRIP WILL BE EVEN BETTER!!

Overall we definitely enjoyed the property, location of property to pool and beach access.Our rental unit was very clean but somewhat shabby. The queen bedroom is very small with about a foot on either side of bed, with chipped dresser.The kitchen cabinets are delaminating and fridge handles need replacing, giving a shabby appearance.The view from the balcony is fantastic, enjoyed watching dolphins and ships go by.

Lovely condo with a great view and walking distance to a few restaurants. 

The condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the bay. Very relaxing for a spring getaway, with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended!

TEMPORARY GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
** Must be 25 years old to reserve any property**


This Temporary guest rental agreement is entered into by and between Owner and Guest.

In consideration of the total rental amount hereinafter stated, and of the mutual benefits and promises between the parties as hereinafter described, OWNER agrees to rent to GUEST, OWNER’s property for the specified period of nights.  The rental amount includes rent, cleaning fee, sales tax, and lodging tax.  Utilities (except long distance phone service) are provided at no extra charge.  As additional consideration for this agreement, OWNER and GUEST acknowledge and agree to the following mutual benefits and promises:

1.  GUEST acknowledges and understands that he/she is a temporary guest of OWNER and OWNER’s property and not a tenant, and that GUEST is not acquiring any interest in THE PROPERTY.  This rental agreement is unique to GUEST and may not be sublet or otherwise assigned to any other persons.  If the property is a condominium, then GUEST agrees to abide by all condominium association rules where applicable.

2.  GUEST understands that THE PROPERTY is privately owned, and that all rental accommodations within THE PROPERTY are furnished and decorated to OWNER’s individual taste, and GUEST promises to exercise reasonable ordinary care in the treatment of the accommodations and furnishings.

3.  Occupancy and use of the rental area of THE PROPERTY by GUEST, or other visiting invitees of GUEST, shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors or nearby residents.  OWNER reserves the right and prerogative to terminate this Rental Agreement and to ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises in the event of complaints or at the discretion of OWNER.  It is the OWNERS policy not to rent for events such as graduation, prom, spring break, etc. or to individuals whose intent is to exceed maximum occupancy of the PROPERTY.  All arrangements concerning the signing of this Rental Agreement, reservations, payment and collection of rental deposit, payment and collection of rental balance, inspection of premises, check in and check out, handling of deposits and cancellations, and final inspections are all to be conducted between GUEST and OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC, and its staff.  GUEST acknowledges and understands that Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC is acting as a referral agent and property manager, and not as a real estate agent or broker, and is not a party to this Rental Agreement.  Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC has full power and authority from and on behalf of OWNER to make all reservations, to handle all cancellations, and to accept all rental deposits and payments and to give notice of termination by OWNER of this Rental Agreement prematurely in the event of disruptive behavior or any other violation or breach of the rules or terms of this Rental Agreement.  No monies will be refunded as a result of a breach of contract.

4.  CANCELLATIONS:  If you did not purchase Travel Insurance. Once a reservation has been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligations to occupy the rental Property, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC must be notified as soon as possible.  We require all cancellations be in writing for your protection.  Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC will make every attempt to re-rent the property once we have received notification of cancellation.  If we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be due.  If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration that has been paid (rent, taxes, etc.) less a $150.00 Cancellation Fee. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.   
Please note:  If you have purchased Travel Insurance at the time of making your reservation, please refer to your policy for instructions on recovering your loss due to cancellation.  In no event shall Guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. 

5.  All rental amounts and rental fees should be made payable to Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC.  A down payment is required in the amount of one-half of the total rental cost.  GUEST’s credit card information
       must be furnished to Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC in order to reserve OWNER’s property and that information will be held on file until the PROPERTY is inspected after your departure.  The down payment and
       balance due can be paid by check or MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card.  BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.

6.  GUEST acknowledges and understands that CHECK- OUT time is no later than 10:00 a.m. and CHECK- IN time is no earlier than 4 p.m. and that the OWNER cannot and will not guarantee early check in or late check out requests.

7.  GUEST shall be solely responsible for any and all property damage to OWNER’s property, furnishings and personal property, or missing or stolen merchandise from THE PROPERTY.  OWNER reserves the right and GUEST authorizes OWNER  to charge GUEST’s credit card for any such damage or loss.  GUEST acknowledges and understands that during the rental period GUEST has sole use, possession and control of THE PROPERTY and therefore neither OWNER nor Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC is responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or other personal items of GUEST or any invitees of GUEST, or of any injury to GUEST or invitees of GUEST resulting from any use of any deck, pool, hot tub, Jacuzzi, bicycle, cooking grill, beach equipment, or use of any other items of personal property provided to GUEST by either OWNER or Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC , arising out of or in any way related to GUEST’s use OWNER’s property or the items of personal property provided by OWNER or by OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC.  GUEST acknowledges and agrees that GUEST will inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of any and all such items of enjoyment related to rental of OWNER’s property prior to using any of them.  GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OWNER and OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC, from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to GUEST’s use of premises or any of the items of personal property provided either by OWNER, or by Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC.  GUEST assumes the risk of injury and any related pain and suffering or medical expenses or other losses relating to the use of OWNER’s property and/or any recreational activities and will hold OWNER and Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC harmless with respect thereto.

8.   GUEST shall leave OWNER’s property, premises and furnishings in clean and undamaged condition.  If OWNER’s property is not left in suitable undamaged condition, GUEST understands that OWNER reserves the right , and GUEST authorizes OWNER to charge GUEST for any necessary repairs, or for any unusual degree of cleaning which may be necessary.  GUEST acknowledges receipt of departure instructions which are included on the reservation confirmation notice provided by OWNER’ s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC.  Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC does not offer any pet-friendly accommodations.  If management finds that GUEST has/ had pets on the premises, the GUEST’s credit card will be charged a minimum of $300.00 plus additional cleaning fees and/or flea treatment if required to make the property rentable for the next guest.  If it is discovered during the stay that guest has a pet on the premises, guest will also be asked  to vacate the property immediately and will forfeit all remaining days with no refund of monies. 

9.  Guest shall not bring, keep, or have either inside or outside the premises of OWNER’s property any article or thing of a hazardous nature, including fireworks, explosives, flammable items, or firearms, or any other item that either might be or could be hazardous or considered hazardous by any insurance company.

10.  GUEST acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be made for the failure of any of OWNER’s equipment, televisions, or appliances.  However, in the event of any such failure or any difficulty with any such appliances, GUEST is requested to contact OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC, and every effort will be made to make prompt repairs.


11.  GUEST understands and agrees that THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANCY MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED AND IN THE EVENT THAT THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS EXCEEDED, OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NOTICE ANY NUMBER OF GUESTS IN EXCESS OF THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY NUMBER.  This rule and requirement is made a part of this agreement for insurance regulation requirements, fire code and city ordinance requirements, and particularly for the safety of GUESTS.   No refund of monies will be made due to a breach of contract. 

12.  If, due to an act of God, or to unforeseen circumstances, OWNER’s property becomes unavailable for rental to GUEST,    OWNER’s liability shall be limited to the refund of any deposits or other rental amounts previously paid.

13.  OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC agrees to provide GUEST with a start up kit which includes the following:  Two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one
        container of dishwashing detergent,  trash bags, and several tablets of dishwasher detergent soap.  OWNER’s property contains both a washer and dryer which are available for use by GUEST.  
        All bed linens, towels (1 per person), hand towels, and wash cloths (1 per person), are provided for use by the GUEST.  Not all properties provide beach towels for the GUEST’s use so we recommend that you bring your own.


This Guest Rental Agreement should be signed and returned immediately upon receipt directly to OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC.  Reservations will not be held beyond ten (10) calendar days from and including the date of this Agreement if the deposit and signed agreement are not received within that time by OWNER’s property manager, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC, unless Agreement is otherwise reached and signed in writing by all parties.
