The house was clean, in a good location for the beach and nicely decorated. I particularly appreciate tile floors and leather furniture that is easily cleaned.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
