Our family had a great time at Xanadu Condos! This is the 5th time we have stayed at this complex. The walk to the beach is a little long especially when you are taking two small children, but not a deal breaker. 4th time staying at Xanadu Villas and this was our most favorite condo. The first floor, corner location was great. No hassle getting everything in from the beach and the pool is a few steps out of the patio door.

I would say the entire experience from checking in to leaving was wonderful. The condo was very spacious and convenient to the beach and shops. It was very clean and my children loved watching the turtles swim around the building. We will definitely stay here again!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
