Clean, cute, and convenient, our condo at Xanadu was perfect! We enjoyed our proximity to the beach and Cologne shopping, as well as the wonderful new playground. Thank you Vacation Time of HHI for your great service.

2 adults, 4 teens. Perfect condo for us. Plenty of room; well appointed kitchen. Liked being on the ground floor. Apartment was very clean. Within walking distance of beach, shopping and dining.
4th time staying at Xanadu Villas and this was our most favorite condo. The first floor, corner location was great. No hassle getting everything in from the beach and the pool is a few steps out of the patio door.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
