We do this through the offering amazing cabins and properties for rent to people visting Yellowstone, Island Park and the surrounding area. Our love for Island Park began years ago by visiting the area with family often to spend time together, snowmobile, hike, and fish. After frequently coming to Island Park, we realized we wanted to have a place of our own there. We decided what better way to do what we love than to combine work with spending time in Island Park! From that moment Island Park Cabins and Lodges was born and we have been managing and building cabins in Island Park for over 20 years! Our dedicated team works hard to deliver the best experience possible for both owners and guests alike.

Located 20 minutes from the Yellowstone entrance, this cabin is perfect for visiting the Park!  Forget about cold feet with heated tile floors.  Relax and enjoy the hot tub, grill, and fire pit right out on the patio! This newly built cabin is equipped with 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths so there's plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends and family! Other features: 2 smart TV’s,  gas fireplace, loft, back patio w/ seating, and a full kitchen! Close access to UTV/snowmobile trails!

Main Level: The master bedroom features a king bed and your own smart TV. One Full Bathroom is in the hallway but also has a separate entrance from the master bedroom.  Around the corner is the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining area, living room area with couches, smart TV, and fireplace are also on the main floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils and supplies you'll need, along with plenty of dining space for the whole group. 

Upstairs: The two bedrooms each have a queen and a single. The full bathroom is between the upstairs bedrooms. The loft space has two bunk beds, two single beds, and a game table for playing with friends and family!

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with short driving distance to the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park (20 minutes). WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included. Drive way with parking space and room for ATV/Snowmobile trailers all year round! (RV's and camper trailers not allowed)

One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night.  And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds.  Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things.  So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin.  (We do not provide the crate.)  
To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog.  Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.

You'll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, fire pit, washer/dryer, and all the parking space outside! Usually, there is propane for the grill and some wood to burn near the fire pit.  If not, you're responsible for filling up the propane tank or getting fire wood at Robins Roost gas station just a couple minutes away. We also ask that you do a small list of tasks before you checkout to keep the cleaning cost low, and to ensure our cleaning service has enough time to get everything ready between guests.

Only 12 miles/20-25 minutes away from west entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River.  Also the cabin is within about five minutes of a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot.

There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around.  There 700+ miles of trails that one can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on.  We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.

From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park.  The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow.  A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.

Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!

We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster outside, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

Relax in a cozy cabin that offers ample space for family and friends, complemented by a welcoming atmosphere and responsive hosts. With its convenient location near Yellowstone National Park and inviting amenities like a hot tub and fireplace, this retreat promises a memorable and comfortable getaway for every guest.

I absolutely had a wonderful stay at this location. The area is gorgeous and the cabin was perfect for our needs. I will say it’s not the more equipped kitchen, so you won’t find the best knives, bowls, or a can opener. Other than that it was perfect.

This home has been under a "boil water order" for over a month.  We were not notified in any way prior to occupying or during our time in the home. Five adults and 3 young children drank the water. When talking to family who lives in the area, they mentioned that some parts of Island Park had to boil water. We thought we were probably not affected since we had not received notice from our host. On our 2nd day there, a case of water bottles showed up on our doorstep with no explanation. We began consuming the bottled water at that point, as a measure of caution.
We have been in contact with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and have been advised that our family was exposed to E-coli. Our contact reports that she has been to this address before and has tried to contact IP Rentals with no response.

The house is great. We were able to cook Christmas dinner. My kids enjoyed having a private hot tub. We saw a moose the first morning. We snowshoed from the front door every day. They will deliver snow machines to your door, being unfamiliar with the area we did not give it a try. 

Come prepared for DEEP snow and the possibility of being snowed in. The road drifted closed every day we were there. They do have someone to clear the snow and he is a very nice guy but if bad weather comes he cannot keep the road open. I am sure if I had called they would have sent someone to open the road, we just made the best of it. 

We will be back better prepared for whatever nature has in store.

Great place for a long weekend with the family. Jake was an excellent host and response time was less than 20 minutes.

The cabin is fantastic. The kitchen is really well stocked with all the cooking appliances you could want. We were pleasantly surprised to find a crockpot and griddle to cook on. 

We ALL loved the hot tub and heated floors. We spent Saturday exploring outside and doing some short hikes and Sunday we rented snow machines from Island Park. It was nice to have those warm amenities when we got back to help warm up. 

The house was clean and the kids loved having the upstairs for their "spot". There was plenty of room for everyone. 

The washer/dryer were great to have to dry swimsuits and snow pants. 

We plan to rent this cabin again in the summer to do more exploring!

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
