Zephyr Mountain Lodge is about as close as you can sleep to the chairlifts without camping outside! Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping.  There is also a nearby ice skating rink.  Each condo has a full service kitchen.  Washer and dryers are located on every floor. 

This updated condo is located on 4th floor in the Slopeside building and facing The Village & Continental Divide.  The condo also has an Xbox 360 and games for you to enjoy after a day in the mountains!  The bedroom has a new king bed & mattress, and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter.  This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. 

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.  Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is in the heart of the resort. This unit is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and the location is perfect! We loved the balcony & view. Super comfy beds/pillows w/ closet & dresser for clothes. All perfect! No a/c but plenty of fans & cool weather, even in August. 

Could have been better.  I will start with the kitchen not having a simple bowl for mixing and only one spatula. the kitchen should have a few plastic cups for hitting the hot tub. Next, the window in the bedroom is broke with a sign saying it will be repaired.  Seems like it may have been like this for a long while now.  The bed was like sleeping on a sponge and the mattress toppeer does not really help anyone with back problems.  it may be time for a newer mattress as I am sure this one has lived its economic life.  None working TV in the bedroom should be replaced.  All appliances and fixtures are working as they should.  With two windows in the bedroom at least one should open.

This little condo was amazing!!! Located at the base of The Gondola at Winter Park, it was so easy to ski right up to the door. We fit 5 people for 5 days and it was perfect. Winter Park management was very responsive to us when we needed extra towels and other items. The condo was in great shape and had everything needed for our stay. The washing machine was right down the hall and the ski lockers made it so easy to transition from skiing up to the room. I highly recommend this little gem of a condo at winter park. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was easy to access, communication with owner was seamless, and property was just as described.

Perfect location is an understatement; very clear instructions for check-in and parking. I would book this again. My only feedback would be with respect to details that would make the unit top notch: lighting fixture quality, coat pegs slippery (hard to explain unless you try to hang more than a few jackets on it), bed seems a little cobbled together, minimal shelving/storage for clothing.  Overall though very happy we stayed at slopeside. Thank you!

Terms in rental agreement that you agree to when placing your reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. In addition to the Total Rent, "Renter" shall provide to "Owner" a security deposit ("Security Deposit") in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), to be held as cash or as a credit card hold. The Security Deposit shall be refunded to "Renter" in full provided that no accidental damage has been caused to the Property, fixtures, furniture, electronics, gaming systems/games, linen, towels, or personal property therein, and provided further that all items of personal property in the Property are accounted for upon "Renter's" departure. In the event of any damage or loss as described above, "Owner's" Agent shall notify "Renter" in writing or electronically within thirty (30) days following the check-out date, and "Owner" shall have the right to offset the Security Deposit by the costs of repair or replacement. Should such costs exceed the Security Deposit, the "Damage Waiver" shall be invoked up to the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). "Renter" shall be liable to "Owner" for any costs exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), including reasonable attorney's fees. The Security Deposit shall not cover damages caused by pets, smoking, theft, vandalism, or gross negligence attributable to "Renter".

CANCELLATIONS. No refunds shall be provided for early departure, enclement weather, or road closures. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will result in a full refund of the "Total Rent" , less a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will be refunded under the same conditions, but only if the Property is rebooked for the same term. If only a portion of the term is rebooked, a proportionate amount of the "Total Rent" will be refunded based on the portion rebooked. No refunds shall be provided for inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc., though "Owner" and Winter Park Management LLC shall endeavor to ensure that such amenities remain in good working order. Furthermore, no refunds shall be issued due to illnesses, injuries, power blackouts, highway closures, pandemics, closure of Winter Park Resort, or mandatory evacuation orders issued by Grand County officials due to potentially hazardous conditions. It is strongly recommended that "Renter" purchase a travel insurance policy to mitigate any such occurrences.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Fraternities, school groups, civic organizations, or any other non-family groups are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from WPM

Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the Property or on its balcony. Violation of this provision shall result in a mandatory deep cleaning fee of $500.00, in addition to any associated cleaning or relocation costs for subsequent guests.

GENERAL TERMS. Any disturbance resulting in complaints, police intervention, illegal activities, damage to the Property, or violation of this Agreement or any rules and regulations governing the Property shall constitute sufficient cause for immediate termination of "Renter's" occupancy, and all rent and deposits paid shall be forfeited. "Owner" shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to "Renter's" belongings or for personal injury to "Renter" or any member of "Renter's" party while on the Property. "Renter" agrees to promptly notify "Owner" or "Owner's" agent of any maintenance issues that arise during the occupancy period. "Owner" shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, "Owner" or "Owner's" agent may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the property.. Each party acknowledges that the Property is individually owned and managed, and "Owner" has provided the best possible description thereof. In the event that "Renter" is dissatisfied with the Property, "Owner" shall have no obligation to refund any rent or to transfer "Renter" to an alternate location. All notices required or permitted under this Agreement, including cancellation notices, shall be in writing and sent by email, facsimile, or U.S. Mail to Winter Park Management LLC. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one final Agreement. This Agreement may be executed and delivered via facsimile or email, and facsimile or electronic signatures shall be deemed acceptable and binding upon the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, and any legal action to enforce its terms shall be brought in the appropriate venue in Colorado. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to an award of costs and attorneys' fees from the non-prevailing party.
