Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. 

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply, and it is not valid with any other offers. We only ask that you present identification in the form of a CAC card or a DD Form 2 card (Blue and green). Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.            

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
