We are never disappointed with this condo. The location is perfect. It is always clean and has everything that we need.
Very nice updated cond. Beautiful new bath. Step off patio to pool deck. This condo was very clean and nice. Beach Cottage complex, however, needs maintenance. The common areas of pool deck, elevator and lobby were not kept clean. Most of the pool deck furniture needs replacing.Again, the unit we rented was lovely. The complex was the drawback.
The condo was great, nicely decorated. We did not like being on the first floor. Too much pool traffic and all balconys looked down on us.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
