Very nice property close to Main Street! Nicely decorated and everything was as described. Only negative is there was traffic since this is a cut through from WalMart to Main Street.Fredericksburg Escapes was wonderful to work with and communication was thorough! 5 Stars!VRBO who I initially booked the stay with , 0 Stars, for lack of communication...

Beverly Haus was exactly as shown on the website. Wonderful and perfectly suited for our needs. We felt right at home and definitely will return.
This was a cute comfortable home for our girl’s trip. It is decorated so that you feel like you are visiting a friend. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is perfect. Street noise is a little loud but easily remedied with white noise on your phone.
The home was awesome. Check in was smooth, house was clean and well cared for. Very close to Main Street.Will definitely be back!

A very nice 2 BR house close to Main Street. Well-appointed. The bathtub stopper in the master bath did not work & I really wanted a hot bath after a long bike ride. I texted the property mgr and she was aware of it already. Hopefully, they will get it repaired soon.
