Charming and renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 3rd level walk up of the historic King James Building. Located in North Asheville, guests can enjoy neighborhood restaurants, yoga studios, and several shops while also enjoying the convenience of being less than 1 mile from downtown. There is one parking space (unassigned) for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. *Please note: There is not an elevator in the building. Great location for a stay in Asheville. Nice to have a parking spot. Worth your attention.

Great stay
Great little place 20 minutes from the center of downtown. The side of the building we stayed on has a building under construction. The tarps on the chimneys flapped against the house from the wind and it was impossible to sleep through. The bathroom is nice but the sink was quite small for face washing.
Clean, cute and convenient, within walking distance to downtown Asheville! Yummy Bakery below this quaint, historic apartment. We enjoyed our stay!
