Cottages at Dunes Park is located directly by the Gulf State Park. It is the most eastern property in Gulf Shores and nothing will be built to block the view east and south. Our unit is located directly by the pool and is as far from the road as you can be. There is access to the beach ~.1 miles to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile from the house to the beach. This newly constructed beach house has many upgrades you won't find in other properties. We have a gas range, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, upgraded cabine...
