Nice clean property right on the Comal, reserved parking and walking distance to Schlitterbahn and Comal floating.

We really enjoyed it. Not too much noise. Very convenient since water park is walking distance. Pool water was a little warm. But the river is right there which makes it better. Recommend more bbq pits.

The property location with river access is a huge plus for tubing convenience. The rental unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
