The place was clean and the owner was responsive with easy check-in and checkout instructions. However, there needs to be work on the landscaping nowhere to sit on the porch or outside. The kitchen has the bare essentials, no bottle opener, no strainer ect… the access to the beach is not terrible but you have to walk a few blocks to a crosswalk and...
